Sam, I just wanted to say a huge personal thank you, both to you and to all the team there, most of whom I know by name now: Helen, the two ladies on Reception (Kelly and Amy), to Kyle and a massive thanks to Paul who just seemed to be right there every time I needed him, through to Matt the lovely chef who worked really hard for us on the last evening (mention the curry menu to him!), to the other chef who cooked the curry and to the other young gentleman who helped out whose name I don’t know. When you plan for a conference you can only plan so much; a huge amount depends on what happens when you’re there: the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, more friendly, more personable, good humoured and kind and, above all, flexible. It made the most enormous difference and for that I’m truly grateful. Please thank them for me and tell them they made me look really good! Of course, last but by no means least is yourself – the two of us battled on for months and up until the 11th hour to get this all up and running. I’m so very grateful to you. Thanks too for the long chat and the laugh – much needed!
Hi Sam, phew what a night. Just wanted to drop you a line to say a massive thank you to you and the whole team at Chartridge on behalf of the whole team team of organisers at South Central Ambulance Service.
From start to finish we felt totally comfortable that we were in the hands of professionals, you made a very complicated and potentially highly stressful process so much easier for us, giving us maximum support and guidance all the way through.
I must of course mention Helen in particular who as you already know is a diamond, pocket rocket! Nothing was too much trouble for her, her customer service is phenomenal, she knew exactly when to step in, averted a couple of potential disasters, organised her team like a military operation to be proud of all at the same time as keeping us calm and focused.
Your waiting and bar staff worked their butts of to look after us and smiled the whole way through even though I am sure they were absolutely shattered by the end of the night, I know we were! It’s rare to come across such a strong, professional, friendly and efficient team across the board and they are a real credit to you.
The room looked amazing and we feel privileged to be the first people to hold an event there, particularly with Adey being able to join in, a very emotional but successful night. I imagine that now you have that space you will enjoy so many more wonderful events in it and would like to wish you every success with that for the future, you certainly deserve it.

We have held various conferences at Chartridge and have always found that they have been able to meet our needs with regard to the layout, services and facilities. All the staff involved have always proved to be responsive to the criteria outlined and professional in their approach, with feedback from delegates also being positive in nature.
We had a fantastic Convention at Chartridge Lodge on Saturday. Many thanks to all your staff who were extremely helpful and polite. Everything we asked for was delivered on time despite there being several events on at the same time. It certainly made my life very easy.

We held a training event at Chartridge Lodge at the beginning of this year to successfully launch our new customer service programme. We needed a venue to hold around 50 staff for the whole day, with plenty of space for breakout sessions and brainstorming. We were all pleased with the space provided, and feedback from staff was positive. We enjoyed a varied selection of food options at lunchtime, as well as a number of breaks for tea and coffee. Thanks to everyone at Chartridge for making the day run smoothly.
Just returned from our second conference week at Chartridge Lodge. Once again we were looked after extremely well by all. Food was superb and very attentive service by pleasant, cheerful staff all week. The homemade cakes and biscuits tempted us every afternoon and along with the good range of teas/ coffee/hot chocolate in the comfortable self-service break area all contributed to getting everyone through each day. Lovely setting, comfortable lounge areas, a really welcoming environment to gather with colleagues, maybe tempted by some outdoor “team building” next time! Thanks Chartridge Lodge.

I just wanted to extend my thanks to all the staff that helped make our training week such a success. The facilities were perfect for our training. Everyone at Chartridge was professional, friendly and obliging and nothing was too much trouble. We were also extremely well looked after and catered for. My Manager attended a Day Conference at Chartridge Lodge, so when they had to arrange the next team meeting, automatically thought of them. The meeting was for 3 days, and I only received good reviews back from attendees – they were happy with all bedrooms, meeting room facilities, evening meal, and of course the staff were on hand to deal with any new requests. If you’re thinking of booking a Workshop/Conference then I would highly recommend using Chartridge.
